Healthier at 62 than at 35
In 1999 a trip to Cameroon, and the antimalarial drug that came with it, left Eduard able to work two hours a day. For eight years nobody could tell him what was wrong. With no medical background and nothing to lose, he began testing everything on himself.
More Good Years is that story, and what he learnt along the way. You'll set your five dials, find the handful of changes that matter most for you, and leave the rest alone.
No 5am alarms. Routines that fit around work, family and travel.
No forty supplements a day. The 20% that moves everything, and what you can skip.
Nothing to obsess over. A personal protocol that still works when life gets in the way.
The five dials you can turn
Find out what normal looks like for you, then adjust the dials that matter most.
Sleep
The six mistakes most people make, and how to fix them.
Nutrition
Eating for more good years, without a diet to follow.
Exercise
The powerhouse dial, and the least you can get away with.
Mind
Why you can't switch off, and what helps.
Connection
The dial we forget to measure.
And making it last
Hormones after 40, which technology is worth it, and your personal protocol.
"An outstanding guide to living a longer, healthier life. Eduard has distilled the science and fundamentals of good health into something clear and above all else, practical."
